How do I become a teacher on Panda?
Teachers are registered by administrators. Contact our team through the contact form or email, and we'll set up your teacher account. Once created, you'll receive login credentials and can start setting up your profile and courses.
Do I need a subscription to start teaching?
Yes, all teachers need an active subscription to create and publish courses. You can choose between our subscription plans based on your teaching needs.
Important: Without an active subscription, you cannot create new courses or publish existing ones to students.
What equipment do I need to create courses?
You can start with basic equipment: a decent camera or smartphone, a good microphone, and screen recording software. As you grow, you can invest in better equipment to improve production quality.
How long does it take to create a course?
Course creation time varies depending on content complexity and length. A typical course with 2-5 hours of content can take 1-3 weeks to create, including planning, recording, and editing.

What are the subscription plan limits?
Lite (RM19/month) allows up to 3 courses with 10 lessons each, text content only. Professional (RM39/month) offers up to 10 courses with 20 lessons each, including video lessons and quiz features. Both plans include certificates and analytics.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan upgrades are immediate, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
How much can I earn as an instructor?
Your earnings depend on your course pricing, enrollment numbers, and engagement. Top instructors earn thousands of dollars per month. You keep 70% of the revenue from your courses.
How does the payment system work?
Teachers keep 70% of course revenue. Payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Monthly payouts are calculated based on student enrollments and course completion rates.

- Text Lessons: Rich text content with formatting, images, and links (available on all plans)
- Video Lessons: Upload and host video content (Professional plan only)
- Assignments: Create assignments for student submissions with file upload support

How do I organize my course content?
Our platform uses a simple course structure:

• You can reorder lessons using drag-and-drop
Can I track student progress?
Yes! Our platform includes comprehensive analytics:

How do certificates work?
Students automatically receive certificates upon course completion. You can customize certificate templates or use our default designs. Certificates include student name, course title, completion date, and are downloadable as PDF.
