Terms and Conditions for KnowHub

Welcome to KnowHub! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Learning Management System (LMS) provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KnowHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the KnowHub platform accessible via our website or applications.

• "Content" means all information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials.

• "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses our Service.

• "Account" means the unique account created for you to access our Service.

3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Users must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 require parental consent.

4. Subscription and Fees
Our Service is offered under various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the plan you select. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable except within 7 days of initial subscription for technical issues preventing service access, or as required by law.

5. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for providing the Service to you. Educational content must be accurate, appropriate, and comply with educational standards. Inappropriate or misleading content will be removed.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

• Transmit spam or unsolicited messages

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or misleading educational content

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in our collection and processing of personal data. Your privacy and data security are important to us.

9. Teacher-Student Relationships
Teachers are responsible for their course content and student interactions. KnowHub facilitates but does not supervise these educational relationships. Teachers must ensure their content meets educational standards and platform guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property
KnowHub and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Imran Tech and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Imran Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

13. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to the Terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
